Mia the Event Diva’s 2 Day Intensive, The Nonprofit Event Playbook, brought the secrets to successful fundraising events to Central Texas nonprofits. Mia’s experience gave attendees valuable insights into managing event committees, auctions, logistics, etc. Guest speakers from Beacon Nonprofit Consulting, Mollie O’Hara Leach and Carmine Salvucci, provided new strategies for getting sponsorships and maintaining donor relations. Marketing mavens Micki Gram from You Are Magic Media and Arielle Alston from Allure Social Co. gave tips on utilizing marketing to find donors, engage attendees, and ultimately, get support for your nonprofit. Finally, event manager Tammy Whitehead shed some light on the often perplexing world of volunteer management. Attendees learned a lot, made great connections, and gained new strategies to level up their fundraising events!
