The Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce celebrated its signature gala, Celebrando Austin 2026: Generaciones, at the JW Marriott Austin with an evening dedicated to honoring legacy, culture, and community impact across Central Texas.
Bringing together business leaders, public officials, advocates, and community partners, the evening centered on the theme Generaciones. The celebration honored Latino pioneers who paved the way, today’s trailblazers driving economic and civic growth, and the emerging leaders shaping the region’s future. Led by GAHCC President & CEO Monica Muñoz Andry and 2026 Board Chair Hector Quintanar, the program highlighted the power of legacy, mentorship, and expanding opportunity across Central Texas.
Throughout the evening, guests experienced cultural storytelling and connection, featuring a musical performance by singer-songwriter Javier Jara alongside Felipe “El Tiburón”. Supported by Presenting Sponsor COTALAND and Premier Sponsor Ascension Seton, the gala featured live fundraising and auction efforts led by Choice Auctions to invest directly in the Chamber’s business development and community initiatives.
A central highlight was recognizing outstanding leaders and organizations whose vision elevates the region. Thoughtfully designed to inspire connection and progress, the event celebrated the sacrifice and leadership of past generations while opening doors for the generations to come.
The Celebrando Austin 2026 Gala was more than a milestone event—it was a powerful reminder that when we support local leaders and businesses, the entire community thrives.
